Our Free Range chickens are unquestionably fresh.

Our birds are raised up to 42 days in a 100% Free Range environment.

They are slaughtered in a sterile abattoir by experienced food handling teams. After slaughtering, they are uniquely flavoured by the Birdz. special recipe®, maintaining the cold-chain of between 2 – 6˚C at all times. The Birdz. flavouring process is applied overnight, thereafter the birds are vacuum sealed, preserving the flavours in a non-bacterial environment. The vacuum sealed birds come with a shelf-life of up to 6 – 7 days. Within just 48 hours of being slaughtered, our customers will be able to taste our undoubtedly fresh, succulent and tasty flame grilled chickens.
